What makes us “Buffalo Inspired you to ask? Our secret starts with the fresh dough, made in the shop daily. Our traditional style is then hand-tossed, made on a pan, and cooked in a stone oven. We use a blend of fresh tomatoes, with house seasonings to make our sauce. Then, top your pizza with only the finest Grande Mozzarella cheese. Our crust is like NYC thin – meets Chicago deep dish.
